Medicare, ACA, Dental, Vision, and Travel — we help you navigate all of it with your interests first.
Turning 65 or already on Medicare and wondering if you're on the right plan? You're not alone — Medicare choices are genuinely complex. We help you understand every part and find coverage that fits your health needs and budget.
There are four main parts of Medicare, plus supplemental options. Here's what each means:
Covers inpatient hospital stays, skilled nursing facility care, hospice, and some home health care. Most people don't pay a premium for Part A if they or their spouse paid Medicare taxes while working.
Covers doctor visits, outpatient care, preventive services, durable medical equipment, and some home health care. Part B has a standard monthly premium most people pay.
Private plans that bundle Part A + B (and often Part D) into a single plan. Many include extra benefits like dental, vision, and fitness programs. May have lower premiums but networks apply.
Helps cover the cost of prescription medications. Plans vary in which drugs they cover and what you pay at the pharmacy. We review your medications against available plans to find the best fit.
Medigap plans help cover out-of-pocket costs that Original Medicare (Parts A & B) doesn't pay — like deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. If you want predictable, minimal out-of-pocket costs, Medigap may be worth exploring.
There's also the Annual Election Period (October 15 – December 7) when you can change your Medicare Advantage or Part D coverage. We help you review whether a change makes sense every year.
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace lets individuals and families shop for health insurance and potentially qualify for subsidies that lower monthly premiums — sometimes to $0.
Whether you're self-employed, between jobs, or your employer doesn't offer affordable coverage, the ACA marketplace may be your best option.
The annual open enrollment window typically runs November 1 – January 15. Outside that window, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you have a qualifying life event (job loss, marriage, birth of a child, etc.).
Many people don't realize they qualify for subsidies. If your household income is between roughly $14,000 and $75,000 for an individual (or higher depending on household size), you may receive a significant subsidy. We can run a quick eligibility review to show you what you might qualify for.
Routine dental and vision care is important — and often not covered by basic health plans. We help you find standalone dental and vision plans, or bundled options that give you the coverage you need at a price that makes sense.
Both dental and vision plans are available as individual policies, or as add-ons to your existing health coverage. We'll show you the options that make sense for your needs and budget.
A single trip gone wrong can cost thousands — or worse, leave you without medical coverage in a foreign country. Travel insurance protects both your trip investment and your health when you're abroad.
If you're traveling internationally — especially outside the US — we strongly recommend it. Even for domestic travel, it can be valuable if your trip involves non-refundable bookings. The cost is typically 4–8% of your total trip cost.
Many travel insurance policies cover pre-existing medical conditions if you buy within a certain window (usually 14 days of booking your trip). We can help you find a policy that covers your specific situation.
